Olivier SOLINAS

Graduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, holder of a Master's degree in Economics (Univ. Le Havre), 3rd cycle in Economic Development ESC CAEN, MS Entreprendre EM Lyon + CPA EM Lyon.
He started his career in the retail sector and then switched to industry and industrial services (CCI), before joining the ARCELOR Group's reindustrialisation subsidiary - SODIE - where he carried out various missions to revitalise economic areas.
In 2006, he joined the world of venture capital (CARVEST) and then in 2018 that of financing innovative projects and supporting technology start-ups (PULSALYS), before launching OSINVEST AURALP AMBITION, a support and advisory structure for business leaders, then the investment fund OSINVEST GESTION.
In charge of regulatory activities, investors relationship and investment portfolio Agriculture 3.0 and industrial relocation.
Emile MOULOUNDOU

Electromechanical Engineer, EMBA HEC Paris, energy expert and manager.
Emile spent his career at Schneider Electric, where he held various positions in West and Central Africa, before taking over the group's responsibility for French-speaking Sub-Saharan Africa as Chief Executive Officer.
In operational support for the deployment of the fund in West and Central Africa, Emile manages all large-scale infrastructure projects.
Based in Kinshasa and Abidjan.
Henri DUPRAZ

Graduated from EM Lyon Hight School of Managment.
Henri has held various positions in general management, business unit management, and company presidencies, in France and Europe, in the fields of sports/outdoor (SALOMON, NIKE, LAFUMA), furniture industry (MEUBLES GRANGE), and textile manufacturing (DIODE, CHRISTIAN MOREAU).
He also has several business turnaround missions to his credit.
Henri supports the identification and backing of our investments, in the areas of reindustrialization and international development.

Morgane TIGREAT

With a master's degree in business law and an LLM in European law, Morgane has 17 years of experience in Trade Finance, in international banks (HSBC, Ecobank, CACIB,...), large corporate and financial institutions. Several international activities and missions in Central Africa, in the areas of strategic support for mid-caps.
In charge of investor relations for the IDF, internal control and compliance.
Yuan ZHOU

Holding an executive MBA from HEC, Yuan started his career in wealth management before creating several service companies, focused on helping European businesses in Asian markets, a B2B platform for agri-food products, and a consulting firm for financing and international development.
Yuan supports OSINVEST in developing industrial projects and securing international funding, especially in Asia.

Raymond has held various CEO / General Management positions in numerous groups in France, the USA and Asia: PECHINEY, RHODIA-SOLVAY, NEXIS FIBERS, SAINT GOBAIN, NOVACAP-SEQENS. Serial entrepreneur, he has been managing companies under LBO for 15 years.
Specialist in petrochemicals, glass, aluminium, automotive, decarbonisation, industrial processes, plant management, international development and LBO.
Support on industrial issues, industrialisation, energy transition / decarbonisation, international development.
Pierre MORGON
